Hey all hope you guys enjoyed Raksana’s latest post on her
trip to the grounds of Alexandria, if you haven’t checked it out yet make sure
to!! Alright so today your girl Priy is bringing to you her all time favourite
sushi place the Sushi hub in Chatswood! Literally whenever I’m craving sushi
this will definitely be a go to for me, seriously the sushi just melts in your
mouth ugh they’re amazing! Now just a couple of days ago a friend and I decided
it was time for some sushi after a sweaty session at the gym. Now normally we
would order some rolls and some salmon sushi but no, today we were HUNGRY. So
we thought why not just order an ENTIRE 24 PIECE PARTY PLATTER ( it’s ok though
it said it was a 2 people serving). Well can I just say well worth that spend,
we had some California rolls, salmon (my favourite hehe), tuna and fish sushi
and some inari.
Now the store itself has a very limited area to eat in so
didn’t really have the best ambience to eat in as it is more of a takeaway food
joint so would rate it 3/5 for ambience, however enjoyed my sushi at a lovely
park instead. It all tasted amazing, fish was fresh and rice was cooked well as
always. However with the California rolls were coated with fish roe which I’m
not the biggest fan of, so it wasn’t my favourite but if you love them then
it’s perfect for you therefore would rate it 4/5 for taste! I would say pricing
was definitely worth it as it worked out to be $14 each for my friend and I,
rating it 4.5/5 for price, bringing a total of 11.5/15. Overall I would
definitely continue to go to the Sushi Hub, always enjoy the sushi here and
will considered the party platter again however perhaps a different mix of
sushi without the California rolls. I hope you all enjoyed my little sushi
journey, and give the place a try!! I’ll catch you guys at my next post!
